I practice therapy and counseling with couples and individuals and consults with mental health professionals. In over thirty-five years in the field I have trained in many methods: Psychoanalysis, Imago Relationship Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, Tapping (Emotional Freedom Technique), PACT (Psychobiological Approach to Couple Therapy) and Discernment Counseling. I also bring in techniques that have helped me on my own journey: yoga, meditation, dance, writing and creativity.
